ICTLE 2018 has been held in Bangkok, Thailand during August 3-5, 2018 successfully. Special appreciation extends to all participants and conference members. ICTLE 2018 conference proceedings have been included in MATEC Web of Conferences, and indexed by Ei Compendex.
